                    WORLD YOUTH FOR MISSION VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
 The youth for mission is calling for young people and allies to participate 

The event will have a mixture of conference sessions, forums, and workshops. On the agenda will be issues addressed by the economic opportunity,  Millennium Development Goals of poverty eradication, literacy, health, environmental sustainability, and other issues including, engaging the baby boomer generation, youth, religious bodies, leadership development, cross-cultural sensitivities, research into volunteer capital, risk management, episodic volunteering, large-scale events, humanitarian relief, and corporate volunteering.

The youth for mission is  expects to have 300 delegates from America, and the rest of the world, aiming for 7000 delegates.

The conference language is English, with translation services in Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and other language groups with a delegation of over 50 persons.

For the youth for mission Conference 2016  extending there Invitation to 700 leading stakeholders gathered from 60 countries,


To strengthen the linkages with other youth groups and organizations to foster exchange of experiences, information resources and develop common strategies. Establish sustainable partnerships among youth organizations around the globe. To create youth awareness on self-development and employment,
 
If this conference will be of interest and benefit to your organization, you can then nominate up to five (1-5) active members from your organization to participate and benefit from this conference. 


 We want to bring to your knowledge that our sponsors will be sponsoring the round trip flight tickets of international delegates coming from developing countries.

  Responsibilities:
       Promote GYEO within the WYMD  and additional youth networks

Support youth in designing their local communities service projects where needed
Assist in the coordination of logistics for a conference of 700 youth participants including government and youth development stakeholders. (This may include venue selection, venue set-up, volunteer coordination, food/drink purchase and planning, transportation issues and/or schedule creation.)

Create and send promotional reminders and invitations to youth organizations, attendees and guest speakers via email or postal mail

Assist in the production of event materials that are comprehensible for all reading levels
Develop a means of evaluation with the assistance of youth for mission staff (i.e. questionnaire, small post-event focus groups or one-on-one interviews with a selected group of participants)

Implement evaluation tool and compile evaluation results
Other duties as assigned by youth for mission Conference 2016 Invitation  Project Manager.

Desired skills/interests include:

Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience working cross-culturally
Energetic team player
Willingness to take initiative
Flexibility is a must for this position
Event planning and publication design experience is a plus

Only participants who have been officially nominated by an invited Governmental body, Non-Governmental Organization, Academic Institution, or Group formed to represent a country will be registered. Such participants will be provided with a registration file number and special ID card on arrival, permitting access to the conference premises during the Conference.

 Admission to conference premises will require, at all times, the presentation of the identification cards. Upon presentation of two valid photo IDs, NGO Participants will be issued such ID cards for access to the Conference premises: A center for issuance of access/ identification passes will be open from at the World Youth Conference Hall.

Only a minimum of five (5)or a maximum of ten (10) people are expected to participate together as a Group or Organization from a Country and none of them should be less than eighteen years of age and must participate in both Conferences.

It is not necessary that you must belong to an organization to be eligible to attend this event. You can build a group of five (5) Or ten (10) persons from your Organization/Country. They should be in possession of their international passports to enable them participate in this Conferences.

All participants visa request will be forwarded to the U.S. Department of State for same day visa Authorization which shall be sent by fax/email to the consular section of the U.S.

Embassy, in participants" country of residence. Any member(s) of a group, whose visa request is not forwarded together with the group members, shall not be considered as a member of the group.
